Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of account plans and growth actions
  • Understand key business drivers and emerging risks, translating them into impacts and opportunities for the company
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and provide insights on customer business plans
  • Define sales targets and monitor market price developments and competitor activities
  • Cook up executive relationships within key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent marketing degree
  • 12 years of experience in the electrical industry, particularly with contractors and distributors in specified regions
  • Strong understanding of Electrification products and quoting processes for contractors
  • Experience in market analysis and business development with a structured approach
  • Technical background in low/medium voltage electrical equipment is preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed, preferably based in specified Western metro areas
  • Valid work authorization to work for the company in the United States
