Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of account plans and growth actions
- Understand key business drivers and emerging risks, translating them into impacts and opportunities for the company
- Participate in the development of sales strategies and provide insights on customer business plans
- Define sales targets and monitor market price developments and competitor activities
- Cook up executive relationships within key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent marketing degree
- 12 years of experience in the electrical industry, particularly with contractors and distributors in specified regions
- Strong understanding of Electrification products and quoting processes for contractors
- Experience in market analysis and business development with a structured approach
- Technical background in low/medium voltage electrical equipment is preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed, preferably based in specified Western metro areas
- Valid work authorization to work for the company in the United States
