The Contractor In Charge (CIC) oversees all aspects of a construction project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
