About the role

The Contractor In Charge (CIC) oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
