Job Description Full-time Contractor Counter Inside Sales positions are currently available. Skills We Are Looking for in a Candidate: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies. Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Stay informed about the company’s range of building products and materials (lumber, roofing, drywall, insulation, hardware, etc.). Understand construction projects and advise customers on suitable materials and product alternatives that meet their needs. Provide accurate product pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Work closely with contractors to understand the specific needs of their construction projects and recommend the best products and solutions. Offer solutions to problems and challenges related to material choices and supply. Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotes, and proposals to customers. Process customer orders efficiently, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Track and monitor order fulfillment and ensure customers are kept updated on order status. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or related industry. Strong knowledge of building products, materials, and the construction process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
