The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client casesDraft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadingsProvide strategic legal counsel to clients on various legal mattersRepresent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediationsCollaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with legal standardsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations relevant to client casesEnsure timely and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officialsManage case files and documentation efficiently and accuratelyAssist with other legal tasks as needed by the firm Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive bar membership in the state of Colorado10-13+ years of experience in civil litigation (construction or business)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamExperience in handling a diverse caseload and managing client relationships Required Work Hours Work hours for this position will be discussed during the interview process, ensuring alignment with the needs of both the candidate and the firm.
