Contract to Hire Opportunity for Informatica Senior MDM Lead_ Newark, NJ

Essential Skills & Responsibilities

• Build automated reconciliation framework with sampling, diffing & volume-ready checks
• Build data quality framework to apply pro-active checks on data before
• Investigate and resolve data issues across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to validate large datasets and troubleshoot issues
• Design, develop, and enhance Informatica PowerCenter ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions for new development and ongoing enhancements

Experience

• 9-11 Years
• 5+ Years - Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, reconciliation, and performance tuning
• 5+ Years - Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for ETL automation, file processing, job orchestration, and monitoring
• 2+ Years - Experience or understanding of the insurance distribution domain

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL and Informatica skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations, large dataset validation)
• Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and profiling techniques
• Experience designing and developing test plans and automated test cases

Preferred Skills

• Experience or understanding of the insurance distribution domain
