Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
  • Engaging with candidates to discuss roles and opportunities
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Preparing and presenting candidates for interviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
  • Strong understanding of the environmental, energy, and engineering industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruiting software

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and compliance regulations
