The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging talent in the environmental, energy, and engineering sectors. This is a contract position offering remote work.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
- Engaging with candidates to discuss roles and opportunities
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Preparing and presenting candidates for interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
- Strong understanding of the environmental, energy, and engineering industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruiting software
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and compliance regulations
