This is a remote role, but we have a preference for a candidate near our McLean, VA corporate office*** Job Summary Hilton Supply Management (HSM) is the largest global hospitality-focused supply chain organization, managing over $6 billion in spend influence across more than 2,000 suppliers worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Category Management team within HSM, supporting supplier data management and program implementation across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to supplier onboarding, contract management, and data integrity efforts, working closely with category managers across the OS&E space. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering meaningful exposure to cross-functional teams and industry-leading procurement systems. Responsibilities Manage supplier data upkeep and program implementation through Salesforce, Smart Spend, and EcoVadis Work independently across key areas of data management, supplier management, compliance, and reporting Connect with and onboard suppliers through multiple programs, including Coupa, Risk Assessment, and EcoVadis Develop and utilize intake forms and draft contract templates specific to supplier type, then hand off initial contracts to the Category Manager for negotiation and execution Maintain Coupa data and roll it up into Salesforce Perform supplier contact updates in Salesforce Cross-train with other departments through shadowing opportunities Manage and update Deviated Pricing contracts Perform other duties as assigned in support of additional HSM departments Skills Demonstrated ability to work as a dedicated self-starter, taking initiative with minimal direction and grasping new concepts quickly Solid contract management expertise, including familiarity with legal and business terms and strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams as well as externally with suppliers and industry partners Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to stakeholders in a concise and well-organized manner tailored to the appropriate audience Strong negotiation skills and strategic business acumen Excellent critical thinking combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Qualifications 2+ years of contract and/or supply chain analyst experience Experience using Coupa and Salesforce software is preferred Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within one of the most recognized names in global hospitality.
