You’ll work alongside industry experts, contributing to the seamless management of agreements and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex administrative projects with a focus on contracts administration for structured business processes.
  • Complete special projects, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Review business contracts to extract, format, and accurately enter data into business tools, collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to negotiated agreements.
  • Execute precise data entry into the contract database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and manage workflows to monitor documentation from multiple departments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Coordinate contract reviews through meetings, conference calls, and email.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to educate the user community on the Contract Management & Compliance Process.
  • Undertake additional duties to support departmental and divisional objectives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in complex administrative project management.
  • Proficiency in contracts administration, including data extraction, formatting, and entry.
  • Experience with business tools and contract databases.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and monitor documentation from multiple sources.
  • Excellent coordination skills for managing contract reviews via various communication methods.
  • Ability to educate and guide user communities on established processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
