The Contract Specialist II (Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE)) is responsible for managing and executing contracts within a complex integrated environment. This role requires a deep understanding of contract management principles and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute contracts within an integrated environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance and successful execution
• Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and review contract documents, including negotiation and drafting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract management
• Experience working in an integrated environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
