About the role

The Program Manager/Contract Specialist (Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE)) is responsible for managing contracts and programs within an integrated framework. This role requires strong contract management skills and an understanding of federal contracting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contracts in compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
• Manage contract performance, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor contract status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present contract-related reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management or program management.
• Experience with federal contracting regulations and compliance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
• Knowledge of contract management software such as ACORD or eCOS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
