About the role

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Enterprise & Procurement Services (“EPS”) department, including contract drafting and negotiation, contract administrative lifecycle management, policy and contract compliance, document collection, risk management, information governance, customer service, and other related tasks.
  • Work closely with the Legal Operations and Contracts departments to ensure alignment.
  • Draft contract modifications, extensions, amendments, notices, and preliminary agreement documents, ensuring supplier provisions comply with FoundationCCC Contracts Policy, EPS Procurement & Contracting Policy, and Legal Department guidance.
  • Provide general administrative and contract support, such as proofreading and formatting documents, organizing contract and legal files, filing, preparing correspondence and mailings, scheduling appointments, and other related tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Business Systems teams to establish data entry standards, incorporate data retention requirements, maintain high data quality, optimize Salesforce reporting capabilities, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both, advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum of four (4) + years of progressive related work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred.

Pay

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00
