Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls to the Contracting Department.
- Process contracts, including hierarchy transfers, state appointments, principal changes, and licensing.
- Second in queue for incoming calls to the Contracting Department.
- Back-up Contract Assistants as needed.
- Send out online contract links to agents and agencies.
- Monitor and manage new agency onboarding/relationships with new agencies including but not limited to:
- Create and send out override agreement.
- Send out agency contract links.
- Host agency meetings.
- Afford assistance to Senior Specialist with large agency onboarding.
- Perform audits/reconciliations to ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Train new hires to Contract Specialists and/or Contract Assistant seat on duties.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Insurance industry or related experience is a plus.
- Proficient typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Microsoft Suite, Adobe and internet business applications.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with platforms such as Internal CRM and Slack.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
