Contract Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract and pricing information within SAP and contract management systems.
• Analyze and audit customer contract pricing and terms for accuracy and compliance.
• Process contract amendments, escalations, chargeback additions, credits, and pricing updates.
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, pricing, billing structures, and GPO affiliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to established contract management procedures.
• Investigate and resolve contract and pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical degree required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with contract administration processes and business systems.

Pay

$24.00-$29.00 per hour. The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
