Contract Sourcer, Talent Discovery

About the role

MongoDB is seeking a Contract Sourcer to join our Talent Discovery team. This position supports critical GTM and Sales roles for MongoDB across Europe and North America through strategic passive talent sourcing. The role requires quick pivoting to support new areas of MongoDB's business as hiring needs arise and the ability to take on non-technical positions if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic passive talent sourcing for critical GTM and Sales roles
• Engage and screen top talent for technical roles, with the potential to expand to support other business units as demand fluctuates
• Work closely with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent
• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Ensure strong alignment to role requirements and maintain exceptional documentation and data integrity throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Prior experience in technical recruiting, particularly in passive candidate sourcing
• An analytical mindset with the ability to conduct autonomous research and utilize data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, able to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
