Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
• Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, other handyman-type work
• Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
• Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed

Requirements

• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools
• Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services
• Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
• Strong customer service
• Willing to learn and do direct to consumer selling
• Valid driver's license and clean record
