We’re looking for someone who is strategic, resourceful, and passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience while delivering results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. What You’ll Do Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategiesOwn and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closingBuild and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidatesGuide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughoutProvide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performanceDrive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagementContribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment Required What You’ll Bring 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsProven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levelsDemonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zonesDeep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategiesStrong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaborativelyExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environmentExperience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency Preferred Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practicesPrior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
