Job Summary

Fundamental Administrative Services is seeking a Contract Review Coordinator to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with experience in contract coordination.

About the Role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the intake, tracking, and basic review of all Legal Contracts/Agreements. Your responsibilities include managing the legal department's contract intake system, ensuring all requests are submitted with complete documentation, and serving as the liaison between internal departments and legal counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the legal department’s contract intake system, ensuring all requests are submitted with complete documentation.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal departments (e.g., HR, Operations, Finance) and legal counsel to clarify business terms.
  • Maintain the digital signature process (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) and ensure fully executed copies are filed correctly.
  • Generate "Early Warning" reports for upcoming renewals or expirations to prevent service interruptions.
  • Aid in the maintenance of "Standard Templates" for various clinical and business agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts align with internal compliance standards and organizational policies.
  • Perform initial reviews of vendor agreements, and service contracts to identify missing terms or standard legal deviations.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal/Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or high-level administrative role involving contract coordination.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional proofreading skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies in complex documents.
  • Experience within the healthcare or long-term care sector.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, state-specific healthcare regulations, or vendor management.
