Position Overview: We are seeking a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join GenScript's team to conduct high-volume recruitment activities for a ~6‑month contracted period, with the potential to be converted to permanent after the contract. The role is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ (4 days per week with 1 day of remote flexibility) and offers approximately $40‑$43 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume recruitment activities to ensure successful talent acquisition from a technical and cultural perspective for open positions at US sites.
• Focus on passive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter to diversify the talent pipeline for mid‑senior to upper‑management level roles.
• Perform initial phone screenings, coordinate follow‑up interviews, and hand off qualified leads to the talent team as appropriate.
• Host weekly new‑hire orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience as a headhunter or from an agency background is preferred.
• Specific recruiting experience in the biotechnology, life science, or biopharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with business stakeholders.
• Experience with passive sourcing and diversifying talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and related channels.
• Experience driving process standardization and improvement efforts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay

$40‑$43 per hour based on experience level.
