Contract Recruiter for Nurse Residency

About the role

Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.

Responsibilities

  • Affirms candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.
  • Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
  • Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 1+ recruiting/human resources experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • RPO experience preferred

Qualifications

  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: - Bachelor's Degree in related field OR 4 years relevant work experience
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR preferred
  • HR Certification through HCI or SHRM preferred

Skills

  • Knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies
  • Ability to prepare and extend job offers
  • Experience with behavioral assessment techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with AI tools

$56,385.46 - $104,868.08
