Contract Recruiter
Our client, a leading media and publishing organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support corporate functions hiring in a hybrid capacity. This recruiter will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders, managing full-cycle recruitment for mid-level through director-level positions. The role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where recruiters are expected to drive the hiring process, influence stakeholders, and adapt to evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate independently while balancing a high-touch search portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level through director-level positions
- Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders
- Drive the hiring process and influence stakeholders
- Manage approximately 12-15 concurrent searches in a high-touch environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions including HR, legal, finance, strategy, investor relations, or related areas
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Experience recruiting for mid-level through director-level roles
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mid-sized, fast-paced, creative industry
Pay
$50-56/hr
