Key Responsibilities
- Work with executive management to evaluate risks and liability exposure during bid and contract negotiation process.
- Research regulatory, legislative and industrial issues and draft legal language as appropriate.
- Manage the contracts database used to track, summarize and analyze every contract.
- Oversee compliance and performance obligations of contracts.
- Act as liaison and customer support to facilitate business between the parties and coordinate resolution of minor conflicts.
Skills Needed
- Adequate knowledge of law governing contracts and resources for researching regulatory and legislative requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership ability
- Experienced with MS Office suite of programs, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently solve problems
Project Management
- Experience managing contracts and compliance obligations
Minimum Educational Requirements
A Business Degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in contract management required.

4+ years work experience
