Contract Program Admin

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with executive management to evaluate risks and liability exposure during bid and contract negotiation process.
  • Research regulatory, legislative and industrial issues and draft legal language as appropriate.
  • Manage the contracts database used to track, summarize and analyze every contract.
  • Oversee compliance and performance obligations of contracts.
  • Act as liaison and customer support to facilitate business between the parties and coordinate resolution of minor conflicts.

Skills Needed

  • Adequate knowledge of law governing contracts and resources for researching regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Experienced with MS Office suite of programs, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently solve problems

Project Management

  • Experience managing contracts and compliance obligations

Minimum Educational Requirements

A Business Degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in contract management required.

Experience Required

4+ years work experience
