Responsibilities
- Manage the entire bid process from start to finish, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all bids, contract renewals, and other contract-related matters.
- Communicate with sales and marketing teams to gather required information and supporting documentation for bids and proposals.
- Serve as the company’s pricing expert by managing/maintaining all price sheets, sales order forms, CRM pricing, and related pricing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Cook up and complete vendor registrations and vendor portal requirements.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for the sales department.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes and correspondence for customers as needed.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Prior contract and bid experience required.
- Forward thinking, self-starter.
- Willingness to take on responsibility.
- A desire to work in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient experience in MS Outlook and MS Professional Office Suite.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience in CRM system preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field preferred.
