Contract Nurse (LPN/RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active & valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri.
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Caregiver with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Note: This position is intended for local contract Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
