About the role
Interested in partnering with a dynamic agency that empowers creative talent to produce career-defining work? RevHealth is seeking a Freelance Motion Designer to support client launches, new business initiatives, and integrated healthcare marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop motion graphics and animation from concept through final delivery.
- Produce and edit high-quality video content, including campaign videos, KOL interviews, patient stories, podcasts, social content, and internal communications.
- Translate complex clinical, scientific, and brand messaging into compelling visual narratives.
- Create animations for brand campaigns, MOA videos, HCP and patient education materials, conference content, websites, and social media.
- Design logo animations, typography, cinemagraphs, UI interactions, and other motion assets that elevate the creative experience.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, medical, and account teams to develop compelling visual storytelling for client work and new business pitches.
- Ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines, agency quality standards, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional motion design experience, preferably within an advertising or healthcare marketing agency.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video creation and editing platforms.
- Strong video editing, audio editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating animations for digital, social, presentations, and experiential marketing.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical MLR/regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Strong typography, design, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion design, animation, and video editing across multiple formats.
