About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Motion Designer to create, edit, and polish high-quality video and motion assets for customer-facing, marketing, and social media experiences. This role requires a strong creative eye, advanced motion design expertise, and the ability to bring stories and product moments to life through compelling visual execution. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can move seamlessly between creative concepting, hands-on production, and detailed execution — understanding how motion, pacing, sound, typography, and editing choices shape the customer experience. Success in this role requires both creative judgment and operational discipline, ensuring every asset is visually strong, properly tracked, accurately versioned, and delivered on time within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Location: Remote. Duration: 3 months. Job Status: Non‑Exempt.

  • Prepare video outputs for multiple formats, channels, and aspect ratios including customer presentations, marketing campaigns, and social platforms
  • Use and update product assets, UI designs, and prototypes to create accurate, current content for video captures and motion sequences
  • Apply strong visual design judgment across composition, timing, typography, hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, design direction, and product experience standards
  • Manage production responsibilities including file naming conventions, asset organization, version control, and delivery tracking
  • Maintain clear production timelines, milestones, deliverable schedules, and status updates across assigned projects
  • Track feedback, revisions, approvals, and final outputs to ensure work remains accurate and organized
  • Proactively communicate risks, blockers, dependencies, and changes that may affect delivery quality or timing
