Contract Manager

About the role

Location: Fort Detrick, MD. Work Environment: Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized.) Clearance Required: TIER 1: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain). Status: Contingent.

Pay

Anticipated Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000.

Responsibilities

• Effectively support the organization through direct oversight of contractor personnel, task execution, and deliverables.
• Manage specified project objectives, project constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality), project risk, and coordinate project resources.
• Monitor and direct day-to-day operations to ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that goals and objectives are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between the contractor team and government technical leads/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Manage all reporting deliverables including Monthly Status Reports (MSR), Quality Control Plan (QCP), and Contractor onboarding and clearances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 8 years of full-time work experience as a contract program manager overseeing contracts/task orders of similar size and complexity.

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Prior experience managing military health or medical product development programs.
