Responsibilities

• This position supports the legal department and includes contract lifecycle management, contract drafting, review and negotiation, contract research, cross functional collaboration on a variety of contracts, and risk management.
• Draft, edit, negotiate and administer contracts to facilitate company objectives and goals
• Ability to work on a variety of contracts including NDAs, consulting agreements, services agreements, SOWs, purchase orders, supply agreements, research
