Missions

  • Bid Phase (Pre-signature): Contribute to bid preparation in close coordination with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams. Ensure coverage of minimum Contract Management requirements.
  • Contract Phase (Signature & Transition): Ensure Contract Management requirements are correctly integrated into the final contract and reflect the parties' commitments. Organize and lead a clear and complete Contract → Delivery transition.
  • Delivery Phase (Post-signature): Ensure contract compliance by all internal and external stakeholders. Oversee compliance with obligations, deliverables, acceptances, and KPIs. Drive change management and decision gates to avoid unbilled work and secure economic performance.
  • Change & Closure Phase: Lead and document contractual changes: amendments, claims, renewals, scope extensions. Contribute to lessons learned, knowledge capitalization, and dissemination of best practices (REX).

  • Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Advanced Contract Lifecycle Expertise. Full mastery of the Bid → Contract → Delivery → Change lifecycle. Ability to structure complex bids, analyze risks, challenge assumptions, and secure margins. Contract Analysis & Risk Management. In-depth review of complex contracts (MSA, SOW, Framework Agreements). Identification and assessment of commercial, operational, financial, and legal risks. Mastery of contractual mechanisms: change management, decision gates, claims, KPIs, milestones. Economic Performance Management. Strong knowledge of pricing models and project profitability. Cash-in monitoring, control of non-billable work, margin optimization. Good understanding of Project Management. Good understanding of Delivery methodologies. Strong coordination with Sales, PMO, Delivery, Finance, and Legal. Proficiency with contract and project management tools: Salesforce, Power BI, project tracking tools.
