About the role

The Transaction Advisory Services Manager will lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. This role involves managing day-to-day transaction execution, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, and delivering high-quality analyses and strategic insights throughout the deal process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
  • Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, and key business performance drivers.
  • Identify transaction risks, opportunities, and value creation considerations.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact throughout engagements.
  • Review analyses and deliverables prepared by junior team members.
  • Present diligence findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Mentor and develop Senior Associates and Associates.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and practice growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience within Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, or a similar M&A-focused environment.
  • Prior background in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 or nationally recognized accounting firm.
  • Experience leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Quality of Earnings, working capital, and transaction-related analyses.
  • Exposure to healthcare transactions is preferred, though candidates with broader industry experience will also be considered.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
