The Transaction Advisory Manager position at our firm is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on complex financial transactions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and evaluating financial transactions to provide strategic advice and recommendations
- Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with client objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions
- Providing training and support to junior professionals in the Transaction Advisory department
- Managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maintain strong business partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory services
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior professionals
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
