About The Role
As a Contract Lifecycle Functional Architect you will serve as a key individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day operational health and long-term growth of Workday's Evisort platform. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily operational support for contract lifecycle including the GPO, Legal, and GTM environments, ensuring system reliability and consistent performance for business partners
- Owning the roadmap and architecture strategy for builds and deployments, defining how the platform evolves to meet emerging business needs
- Partnering with source-to-pay business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into well-designed system configurations and solutions
- Evaluating existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and scalability
- Collaborating across functional areas to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business objectives during new implementations
- Documenting system architecture decisions, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity
About You
- Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of work experience in enterprise application administration or functional architecture. 5+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management platforms.
- Other Qualifications: System Configuration, Business Analysis, Process Capability Analysis, Process Improvements, Business Process Design, Communication Skills

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
