[Contract] IT Field Support Technician (Part-time)

Job Description

• On-site Project support
• Cable tracing and labeling in IDF rooms
• PDU initial configuration
• Rack and stack
• Cable patching
• User desktop validation and troubleshooting
• Other project support tasks

Qualification

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Field Technician or in a technical support role
• Proficient with mobile devices, service software, and basic computer applications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel locally/regionally and work flexible hours as needed
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of field equipment
• Able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
