Contract Implementation Specialist I (Remote)

Job Summary

Our Contract Implementation staff is comprised of friendly, courteous professionals who perform many functions, including—but not limited to—contract review, account maintenance, product functionality, and quality assurance. They have a thorough knowledge of state and business rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and updates records within multiple database systems.
• Maintains emails and in-house communication channels to address a range of requests and requirements from both internal and external sources.
• Supports fellow Specialists to ensure clients' accounts remain valid and up to date.
• Affords support in managing client accounts.

Qualifications And Experience

• 0-2 years of Experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in an administrative capacity
• Demonstrated adeptness in acquiring and utilizing new software applications
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and changing tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines
• General planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is: $19.00 - $21.00. The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
