Contract Facilitator
- Executive-level experience: Proven ability to facilitate sessions for instructional leaders and/or systems leaders and to adapt content to meet the needs of varied adult learners
- Flexibility and presence: Comfort with both virtual and in-person delivery formats, with willingness to travel regularly. Travel requirements vary by project
- Specialized experience: Expertise in one or more areas: background working directly with K-12 school districts, background facilitating and implementing research-practice-partnerships
- Collaborative approach: Openness to working with other facilitators, receiving feedback on delivery, and continuously refining facilitation practices to represent Digital Promise with excellence

- A portfolio showcasing two relevant projects. For each project, please include:
- Brief description of the project context and your role (2-4 sentences)
- Key outcomes or results achieved
- S supporting materials in your preferred format (e.g., project plan, curriculum sample, facilitation slides, video recording, case study, client testimonial)
- Portfolio submissions may be provided as a single PDF document, links to online materials (Google Drive, website, video platform), or a combination of both. Please note that reviewers will spend approximately 10 minutes reviewing your full portfolio, so ensure your examples are easy to comprehend within that timeframe.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $75-$100, depending on experience and project
Specific rates will be discussed during the interview process.
