Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, and handling expense reports.
- Drafting, editing, and formatting contracts, proposals, reports, and other business documents.
- Liaising between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinating and managing special projects as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive administration or project coordination role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- At least 1 year of financial services industry experience.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions before problems arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Pay
$30 - $35 per hour
