Contract Epic Healthy Planet Lead - New Implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Epic’s Healthy Planet module.
• Collaborate with population health teams to ensure the system meets clinical and operational needs.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on population health.
• Epic Healthy Planet certification required.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting population health solutions.

Location

Midwest (50% onsite, 50% remote)

Expected Travel

50% onsite travel in the Midwest.

Expected Schedule

Full-time, with additional hours during go-live phases.
