Sr Associate Contract ManagementLocation: Remote - Thousand Oaks, CA (PST preferred)Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)Contract Length: 4 months (possible extension)Compensation: $27/$31 per hour (based on experience) Summary of the RoleJoin a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Sr Associate Contract Management supporting provider agreement administration during a high-volume contract period. This role will review and distribute executed contracts, maintain accurate records in Conga CLM, perform quality control checks, and support contract documentation workflows with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate brings experience in contract administration, legal operations, document management, or high-volume business support, along with strong organization, professional communication, and the ability to manage confidential materials independently while meeting competing deadlines. Key ResponsibilitiesReview fully executed provider agreements for completeness, accuracy, and required documentationCoordinate timely distribution of executed provider contracts to customers and internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate records, metadata, and document files in Conga CLM and related systemsPerform quality control reviews of signatures, attachments, file naming, and executed-document packagesPrepare clear and professional internal and customer communications related to contract executionMonitor execution queues, prioritize urgent deliverables, and escalate risks or delays as neededSupport high-volume contract activities, including notices, amendments, letters, and execution-related deliverablesAssist with tracking, reporting, and document organization to improve workload visibilityProvide scheduled support to Payer Contract Development for project tracking and administrative coordinationMaintain confidentiality and follow company procedures and document management requirements QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, document management, or similar high-volume business support rolesStrong hands-on experience reviewing, organizing, and distributing contract documentationExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailStrong written communication and follow-through skillsAbility to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and know when to seek guidance or escalate issuesExperience handling confidential materials with professionalism and discretionStrong quality control mindset for document accuracy, completeness, and compliance Preferred:Experience with Conga CLM, DocuSign, or similar contract lifecycle and e-signature toolsExperience supporting commercial contracting, legal operations, market access, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology teamsWorking knowledge of healthcare contracting principles and cross-functional processesExperience working with legal, compliance, government pricing, operations, or contract development teamsExperience with status tracking, reporting, and coordination across cross-functional stakeholders Top 3 Must Have SkillsDemonstrated hands-on, high-volume contract administration with accuracy and quality controlProficiency with contract systems such as Conga CLM or DocuSignStrong organizational skills and professional communication with ability to manage priorities independently Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesReview and distribute provider discount commercial contracts to stakeholdersCheck contract packages for accuracy, completeness, signatures, attachments, and required documentationMaintain contract records, metadata, and document files in Conga CLMSupport contract delivery, data entry, and contract lifecycle activitiesPrepare internal and customer-facing communications related to executed agreementsMonitor contract execution queues and prioritize urgent tasksSupport Contract Development Writers with administrative tasks and trackingEscalate risks, delays, or missing information as neededMaintain confidentiality and follow document management procedures EducationHigh school diploma / GED and 2 years of work experience, ORAssociate’s degree and 6 months of work experience, ORBachelor’s degree Ready to support contract administration, document accuracy, and commercial agreement workflows for a global biotech organization?
