Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and clients
• Maintain and update existing contracts to reflect changes and new requirements
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company policies
• Resolve disputes and issues related to contracts
• Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management or related field
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
