About the role

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and clients
- Maintain and update existing contracts to reflect changes and new requirements
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company policies
- Resolve disputes and issues related to contracts
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in contract management or related field
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of contract law and industry best practices
- Experience with contract management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
