Contract Specialist
Job Overview
IDR is seeking a Contract Specialist to join one of their top clients in Fort Worth, Texas. The position involves data entry, routing contracts, charging City departments for IT services, setting up new accounts, creating billing/invoices, updating spreadsheets/databases, and other administrative duties.

Requirements
- 3+ years working in a Contracts Administrator position
- Prior professional experience handling contracts for clients/vendors for invoicing/billing support
- Professional experience using Microsoft office software especially Excel for procurement processes
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- Prior experience working with City/Government (Preferred)
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
