Contract/Closing Assistant - Trophy Signature Homes

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining and reviewing all house files to ensure accuracy and documentation for closing.
• Coordinate and schedule closing dates with all necessary parties.
• Complete FHA/VA builder required documents and 2-10 warranty applications for upcoming closings.
• Interact closely with management, sales agents, lenders, and closing attorney regarding closing information and process.
• Assist the Contract/Closing team with any daily tasks.

• Experience and understanding of residential construction process preferred.
