About the role

Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. The role focuses on broad based business immigration matters, including Adjustment of Status, RFEs, IV & NIV matters. The assignment is anticipated to run through end of year with opportunity for extension. Client: Global law firm.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases
• Handling broad based business immigration work (IV, NIV)

Requirements

• JD or LL.M. from a US law school
• Admission to a US State Bar
• Immediate availability
• Experience reviewing cases, particularly Adjustment of Status (AOS)
• Experience with IV/NIV and RFE matters helpful
