Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including: H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM labor certifications, and employment-based immigrant petitions
  • Advise employers on immigration compliance matters
  • Draft legal support letters and complex legal analyses
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
  • Maintain direct client relationships and provide exceptional client service
  • Contribute to firm growth and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of business immigration experience
  • Strong experience handling H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, and PERM matters
  • Experience with O-1, EB-1, NIW, physician immigration, investor visas, and I-9 compliance is a plus
  • Excellent legal research and writing abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and case management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
