About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a complex contract portfolio while ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of the organization's Contract Management Information System (CMIS).
- Partner closely with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Contract Managers to review, organize, and maintain executed contracts, including GPO, professional services, administrative services, and other commercial agreements.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete before contracts are entered into the CMIS, maintain contract records, manage contract categorizations, and proactively monitor upcoming contract expirations.
- Serve as a key resource for contract governance by providing guidance on contract management standards, supporting cross-functional stakeholders, and helping maintain consistent contract administration processes across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Experience administering contracts in a healthcare environment.
- Experience working with CMC (Contracts Management Council).
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and document control.
- Experience working with Contract Management Systems (CMIS/CLM platforms preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required (proof of education required); additional education or contract management experience is a plus.
