Accountabilities
- Oversight of commission processing activities
- Maintenance of accurate records
- Responsive support for smooth commission operations
- Collection, review, processing, and inputting of commission statements
- Analyzing commission transactions and reconciling information against bank statements
- Managing commission processing timelines and deadlines
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving commission-related issues
- Responding to agent inquiries professionally
- Maintaining organized records and documentation related to commission activities
- Collaboration with team members to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency
- Completion of additional administrative responsibilities related to commission operations as assigned
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage financial information accurately
- Able to deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders
- Previous experience working within an IMO, insurance carrier environment, financial administration, or a related field is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets and financial data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and approachable communication style when interacting by phone and email
- Able to handle challenging conversations with composure and a positive attitude
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is an asset
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
