- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including job postings and event management.
- Analyze data trends to inform product development and improve user experience.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and implement necessary measures to protect user data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT operations.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and database management systems.
- Experience with project management and team collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
