About the role

The CoC Contract Attachment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract attachment process by submitting contract information to vendors and distributors, tracking approvals, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle of each request. This role works closely with the Implementation, Sales, and Connectivity teams to ensure contract attachments are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Submit contract attachment requests and supporting documentation to suppliers and distributors through approved portals, email, and other submission channels.
  • Review and validate contract information, site listings, identifiers, and required documentation before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve missing or incorrect information prior to submission.
  • Monitor supplier responses, track approvals, rejections, and pending requests, and proactively follow up with vendors to drive timely resolution.
  • Escalate overdue or unresponsive supplier requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records in CRM and case management systems, documenting all submissions, communications, status updates, and outcomes.
  • Ensure documentation supports the full lifecycle of each contract attachment request and aligns with implementation milestones.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), service level agreements (SLAs), and documentation standards to ensure all work is audit-ready.
  • Support internal quality reviews, reporting requests, and audits while identifying recurring process or documentation issues for leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in contract operations, procurement, business operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage high-volume, repetitive work.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills with the ability to meet established SLAs.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records within CRM or case management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Experience with automation tools or scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay

$18.00/hr

Schedule

Fully remote, 40 hours/week operating in Eastern Time.
