Continuous Improvement Engineer

Why do we need you? The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze, design and/or improve manufacturing processes utilizing Industry 4.0 and/or World Class Manufacturing (WCM) strategies to streamline operations and reduce waste. This role will be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions to optimize performance. This role will also be responsible for reviewing and standardizing manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Lead our WCM and Industry 4.0 strategy & implementationTypically, responsible for managing 3-5 projects simultaneouslyReview and standardize manufacturing processes for complianceImplement digital solutions for process optimization and real-time data monitoringDevelop and implement training programs for new and existing production personnelUtilize data driven problem solving methodologies to optimize key metricsEvaluate, develop, and implement 5S and AM activities Is this job for you?
