What You’ll Get to Do
- Design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and TPS tools.
- Apply lean principles, quality systems, statistical tools, and procedures.
- Teach and coach team members on Value Stream Mapping processes, time studies, Kaizen events, Standard Work, audits/Gemba Walks, PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Job Element Sheets, root cause analysis using 5-Why, Cause & Effect Diagram, A3 tools, New Product Introduction (NPI) validation, creating test validation plans, Gauge Studies, and statistical analysis.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with Toyota Production Systems, quality systems, and lean concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
- Experience with quality tools such as PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R, statistical analysis, and A3.
- Certifications such as CQM, ISO 9000/TS-16949 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Position Pay Range
$83,000 USD - $103,000 USD
