Continuous Improvement Engineer
About the role
This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drives the implementation of standard work and Global HPS processes to achieve safety, quality, OEE - MTBF Cell targets as per the HPS implementation plan.
- Owns AM and the effective execution of daily management systems (SIM, DH, CILT, CL, 5S) through training, coaching teams and executing health checks to identify and close the gaps.
- Drives SIM through ensuring team follows daily SIM boards protocol (including actions assignment and follow up), owns DOR action planner, flag issues and request resources.
- Keeps the team focused on addressing key issues & priorities based on decision criteria achievement.
- Leverages and maintains MES systems for tracking and reporting Data and Loss analysis.
- Support company digitalization initiatives (Connected worker – CILT,CL,DH).
- Leads and builds the capability of the root cause analysis process.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of Continuous Improvement experience
Mechanical Engineering or related field
Manufacturing site leadership experience
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 5-Why, DMAIC).
Experience with / leading Digital Manufacturing technologies deployment and their application in operational excellence.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a hands-on, shop-floor orientation.

Skills
The salary range for this role is $ 95,000.00 and $ 115,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting.
